The Seattle Seahawks have traded star defensive end Michael Bennett to the Philadelphia Eagles. The Seahawks sent Bennett and a seventh round pick to the Eagles for a fifth round pick and wide receiver Marcus Johnson. (3/7)

Los Angeles Rams middle linebacker, Alec Ogletree has been traded to the New York Giants. The Giants received Ogletree and a 2018 seventh round pick. Los Angeles got fourth and sixth round pick for this years draft. (3/7)

The Tennessee Titans have released running back Demarco Murray. The Titans picked up $6.5M of cap room by releasing Murray. (3/8)

Broncos trade CB Aqib Talib to Rams
The Denver Broncos just traded 5 time pro bowl cornerback Aqib Talib to the Los Angeles Rams. Denver got a fifth round draft pick in exchange for Talib. The Rams defense is going to be scary next season. (3/8)

Seattle Seahawks release CB Richard Sherman
The Seahawks have officially released four time pro bowl cornerback Richard Sherman. Sherman is arguablly the best cornerback of this generation so it will be interesting what team he ends up on this offseason. (3/9)

Eagles trade WR Torrey Smith to Panthers
The Philadelphia Eagles have traded wide reciever Torrey Smith to the Carolina Panthers in exchange for cornerback Daryl Worley. Trading Smith gives Philly some cap savings and more depth at the CB position. (3/9)

Dolphins trade WR Jarvis Landry to Browns
The Miami Dolphins have traded wide receiver Jarvis Landry to the Cleveland Browns for a 2018 and 2019 pick. This is very good news for Browns fans. (3/9)

Bills trade QB Tyrod Taylor to Browns
The Browns are having a really good today. Cleveland just traded a third round pick to the Buffalo Bills for quarterback, Tyrod Taylor. Buffalo has both the 21st and 22nd pick in the first round so expect them to draft a quarterback. (3/9)

Packers trade CB Damarious Randall to Browns
More news out of Cleveland. The Browns have traded quarterback DeShone Kizer to the Packers in exchange for cornerback Damarious Randall. The Browns are going to be heavily pursuing free agent Richard Sherman this offseason. (3/9)

Browns trade DT Danny Shelton to Patriots
The Cleveland Browns former first round pick defensive tackle Danny Shelton to the New England Patriots. The trade involved the Browns getting a mid round 2019 pick and the Patriots getting Shelton and a unconditional 2018 draft pick. (3/10)

CB Richard Sherman signs with 49ers
One day after being released by the Seattle Seahawks, Richard Sherman already has a new team. Sherman has agreed to sign a three year deal with the San Francisco 49ers that is worth $39 million. With the 49ers now adding Sherman, and the Rams adding Aqib Talib and Marcus Peters the NFC west is going to have some scary defenses next season. (3/10)

Giants release CB Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie
The New York Giants announced on Sunday morning that they have released their star cornerback Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie. Releasing Cromartie frees up $6.5M in cap space. (3/11)

Cardinals release RB Adrian Peterson
The Arizona Cardinals have released veteran running back Adrian Peterson. Cutting Peterson frees up $2.9M in cap space for the Cardinals. (3/12)

Dolphins planning to release DT Ndamukong Suh
The Miami Dolphins are releasing five time pro bowl defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh. Miami just gave Suh a $114M contract three years ago which makes this release pretty surprising. The reason the Dolphins are releasing him is said to be because they are attempting to have a “culture change”. (3/12)

Raiders release CB Sean Smith
The Oakland Raiders have released cornerback Sean Smith. Smith just plead guilty to a felony assault and will serve one year in jail. Releasing Smith also frees $8.25M in cap space for the Raiders. (3/12)

Dolphins release LB Lawrence Timmons
The Miami Dolphins have made another change to their defense by releasing veteran linebacker Lawrence Timmons. Timmons only played one year with the Dolphins and he did not live up to his expectations. (3/12)

Chiefs release S Ron Parker
The Kansas City Chiefs have cut safety Ron Parker. IN 2015 Parker signed a five year, $25M deal with the Chiefs and releasing him gave the Chiefs $5M in cap space. (3/12)

Steelers release CB William Gay
Cornerback William Gay announced today on Instagram that the Pittsburgh Steelers are releasing him. Gay spent ten years in Pittsburgh and played very well for them. (3/12)

Bills trade OT Cordy Glenn to Bengals
