Adam Cole, Kyle O’Reilly, Bobby Fish, Roderick Strong. What is next for the Undisputed Era? This is a question that a lot of wrestling fans are wondering. Adam Cole just lost his NXT Championship in a winner take all match against Keith Lee on the July 8th edition of NXT. This has led to a lot of fans believing it’s time for these four stars call up to Monday Night Raw or Friday Night Smackdown. There was a point in time where this group held all the gold in NXT. They were on top of the world. Then over time it became just Adam Cole who was holding a title, and he just lost it. Rumors going around the forums are that the group is very skeptical and concerned about their call up to the “main roster”. I don’t blame them. WWE has a history of turning superstars, or tag teams coming up from NXT who were stars there into Mid Carders or even worse on the main roster. Overtime they just get lost in the crowd and are often forgotten about by management. Here’s my take on what’s going to happen to these four stars if they truly do get called up. As much as it hurts me to say this, I really don’t think the group will stay together. I see them all going their separate ways other then Fish and O’Reilly. I believe that the two of them will be great in the tag division and will be in the title picture for quite some time, then they’ll finally catch their break and win the titles but will only hold them for a few months. That’s just how WWE is sadly. Look at the Viking Raiders, American Alpha, and The Revival all as past examples. Now for Roderick Strong, I truly don’t know what they’re going to do with him. Best case scenario I see him being in the U.S title picture for awhile but other than that I sadly don’t see management doing much with him. Onto the big one, Adam Cole. He’s the one person out of the Undisputed Era I can see going somewhere in the company. I have a feeling Cole is going to be put in a major story line or rivalry right out of the gate. Over time he has potential to become a top main roster superstar or even a champion. He is one of the best wrestlers in the world and has so much potential. WWE management really just needs to go about him the correct way. Unisputed Era had an amazing run in NXT, but if they get called up to the main roster I don’t think we’ll be able to say the same for them.
